Overview
Enterprise managers and L&D people need a way to manage their employee’s precision upskilling progress and to review analytics. Early on we leveraged on our CS team to handle these requests, but it was no longer scalable as we grow. To create an enterprise dashboard within a short amount of time and a small team, we worked with our GTM team to strategically identify opportunities and key features that are critical to develop at this stage.
